Payment confirms your slot

A consultation is confirmed once payment is complete. Payment is handled securely on the booking page, and this website never sees your card details.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your booking confirmation. A little notice, where you can give it, helps me offer the time to someone else.

Refunds

Cancel at least an hour before your appointment and your payment is refunded in full, to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach you within five to seven working days.

Cancellations within the final hour, and missed appointments, cannot be refunded.

If I need to change a time

If I ever have to cancel, you can choose another time or take a full refund, whichever suits you.
